For international orders, we normally ship through the US Postal Service (Express Mail or Global Priority). The same applies to you if you'd prefer a different method. In the case of payment by money order, the money order would have to be received by us before we would ship the order. DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY! Occasionally, we will offer discounts on items and/or FREE SHIPPING. For these items, a voucher number will be given to use in your Shopping Cart in order to apply the special deal. If you use a voucher number for any item other than the specified item, your shopping cart will still calculate the deal. However, when the order is received by us, we will NOT accept it unless it unless the voucher is used for the specified item, and your shipping charges will be recalculated. However, there is a 15% restocking fee that we be deducted from your refund. The restocking fee WILL NOT APPLY to cases where the product was damaged or defective upon receipt by the customer. If an item malfunctions within the 30 day period, check the warranty and see about replacing the item through the manufacturer. Otherwise, will be happy to take the item back with no restocking fee.
