2.) We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American
Express credit cards, as well as Money Orders and Wire Transfers for orders placed by
those who are not on open account.
3.) All items are shipped FOB Statesville,
NC.
4.) We sell to educators and schools, as
well as students and other end users.
5.) No minimum amount for ordering.
6.) We accept orders over the phone
(800-843-7017), over the internet (www.electronicprods.com / judy@electronicprods.com), by
fax (800-666-0818), and by mail (Electronic Products, Inc., PO Box 5757, Statesville, NC
28687).
7.) Any items backordered will be shipped as
soon as in stock unless the backorder is cancelled by the Customer. Please tell us when
placing your order if you want your backordered items cancelled, if you have any.
8.) Electronic Products, Inc. is not
responsible for manufacturers production delays.
9.) A charge for freight and 15% restocking
fee will be issued on any shipment refused by customer unless error was made by Electronic
Products, Inc.
10.) All shipping discrepancies
and/or shortages must be
reported within 5 business days upon receipt.
11.) A $20.00 handling charge is placed all
each returned check.
12.) All orders from Puerto Rico, Hawaii and
Alaska must pay UPS 2nd Day Freight Charges or USPS Priority Mail charges.
13.) New accounts may take several days to
process. Call for details.
14.) Accounts over thirty days old will be
assessed with a 1.5% per month or the maximum allowable service charge.
15.) Customer pays all collection fees if
account goes into collection.
16.) Prices are subject to change without
notice.
17.) Any package sent to us for any reason
without an authorization number on the box will be refused. Any authorized return will
be subject to a 15% restocking charge. Please call 1-800-843-7017 for authorization
number before returning product.
18.) 1 year calculator warranty is valid only
with an Electronic Products, Inc. invoice / receipt. Warranty applies only to
manufacturers defects. Does not cover damage from student abuse or products
discontinued by the manufacturer.
19.) All defective products returns are
subject to inspection. Customer will be billed accordingly if product returned is not
defective.
20.) We will match or beat any
competitors non-promotional price with proof provided. Retail promotions are
excluded.
21.) Electronic Products, Inc. will not be
held responsible for any misprints involving prices or incorrect pictures.
